We use Google Cloud Firestore, a third-party cloud storage service provided by Google, to store and secure your data. Your data is stored on secure servers and is subject to Google’s industry-standard security protocols. By using this application, you consent to the storage of your data via Google's infrastructure.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Portflowio application.
Calculations: To calculate and display dividend income projections based on your provided tickers.
Aggregated Insights: We may use unencrypted stock tickers to generate community features, such as a "Top 20 Most Watched Stocks" list. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users or their specific holdings.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information or portfolio data to third parties. We only share information as necessary to provide our service (e.g., with Google Firestore) or if required by law.
5. Encryption & Potential Data Loss
FightNFive Studios utilizes device-side encryption for specific financial holdings. In the event of account deletion or loss of local encryption keys/credentials, FightNFive Studios, Portflowio, and its developers are unable to retrieve the encrypted data. In such cases, your holdings information and portfolio data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
6. Data Security
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Portflowio following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
